Interior Design: Interiors Project 3 This was the first client for Total Design Source and, happy to say, we're still collaborating on new projects. Total Design Source was asked to create a space for the adults to gather in an unfinished basement. The laundry list of "wants" was very long but with creative thinking and space planning. Total Design Source was able to fit it all in. This basement includes, vented gas fireplace, custom entertainment center with storage and display cabinets, clothes storage for over night guests, pull out sofa, games table, full wet bar with ice maker, wine cooler, pantry, glass and liquor display, bar seating, 150 bottle wine cellar, pool table, full bathroom with steam shower and exercise room with free weights, running machine, the works. All millwork was custom designed by Total Design Source, it is a one of a kind retreat. As my client likes to say "you nailed it!" |

Interior Design: Interiors Project 3 Project #2 With baby number four on his way my clients were looking to build a new child's bedroom without adding an addition. The obvious spot was in the bonus room above the two-car garage, originally used as the children's playroom. Now this space needed to multi-task. Not only did they need a bedroom, they also needed an area for play and wanted to create a homework area for all of the children to use. Total Design Source opened up the wall at the end of the main hall of the house leading into the bonus room, sectioned off a 10' -0" x 12' -0" bedroom and custom designed an entertainment cabinet with storage and display, a large window seat with storage and a wonderful undulating work surface for the school aged children. New furniture, window treatments, floor pillows, carpeting and hardwood floors enrich this space with color, texture and practical materials. Now this area has tripled its' real estate value. |
